In 2013,a new round of judicial system reform kicked off.As an important part of the judicial system reform,the classification and management of procuratorate personnel plays a preemptive role in the overall judicial reform.It plays a fundamental role and has a fundamental influence.Based on the division of duties and powers of posts,the staff of procuratorial organs will be classified scientifically,and the revolutionary,regularized,professionalized and professionalized development of the procuratorial forces will be promoted through the rational allocation of inspection resources,and judicial credibility will be continuously strengthened.Taking the three-level prosecutor's office of N province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems that emerged after the procuratorial organs carried out the practice of personnel classification management in the province,and puts forward the perfect countermeasures from the perspective of human resources management.The introduction of this article introduces the background and significance of the article,the current situation of the research on the classification and management of prosecutors at home and abroad,and the main research methods used in the article.The first part mainly introduces the practice exploration,the mainmeasures and the initial results in the personnel classification management of the procuratorial organs in N province.The second part focuses on the analysis of the problems in the classification and management of the personnel of the procuratorial organs in the N province.For example,the pressure on post prosecutors to handle cases has increased,the enthusiasm of auxiliary personnel has been damaged,the popularity of judicial and administrative posts has been "hollow",the stability of the procuratorates has been affected,the brain drain has become more serious than ever,and the quality of existing procurators and new requirements after the reform have existed.And analyze the cause of the problem.The third part introduces the advanced experience of the personnel classification management of Shanghai procuratorial organs and provides reference for the N province.The fourth part,aiming at the above problems,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing classification management.
