"The concept.The functions of mobile phones and tablet computers are becoming increasingly powerful.A lot of work can be done through mobile platforms.It is in this context that government departments have also started to look for the mobile government service model to implement the party's governing philosophy.As a parallel organ of government agencies,the court also assumes the responsibility of strengthening the public service and social management functions and building a service-oriented court.This article looks at how to build a mobile platform with a reasonable cost and a full-featured grass-roots court,so that grass-roots people's courts can broaden their business processing model and promote the image of the court.Innovation combines the functions of the WeChat applet to study the construction and operation of a basic People's Court WeChat platform.This article takes the theoretical basis of information communication theory,development principles and main technologies of the WeChat public platform,combines the characteristics of the basic business content of the court,and implements the WeChat platform of grassroots people's courts based on the type of certification subscription numbers,from the perspective of function realization and management.In-depth research was conducted to summarize and categorize the functional modules of the basic court satellite subscription numbers into litigation services,judicial disclosure,and court proceedings.And summed up a number of specific functions from the functional requirements of these three blocks,and finally integrated into 15 specific functional items,as well as the analysis of information security issues during the operation of the platform.The system also elaborated and set up the operation and maintenance team and work procedures.This paper first elaborates the application background and significance of the WeChat public platform and court work,then introduces the research purpose and research content,and summarizes related research points and research results.On this basis,the related basic theories were studied.The court's WeChat subscription design was constructed based on the analysis of the business requirements of courts,the performance of the three types of WeChat accounts,and the performance of the WeChat applets.After that,the operation of the WeChat subscription number at the grass-roots level was analyzed and discussed in terms of organizational structure,management procedures,and platform maintenance,and some of the O&M methods that should be set up were summarized.Finally,the content and disadvantages of this study are summarized,and then the future trend of the court's WeChat platform is analyzed.
