With the development of The Times,people's understanding of education is more and more profound,the score is no longer the only standard to evaluate students.In recent years,Shanghai has taken the social practice of high school students,especially the volunteer service of high school students,as a new exploration for the reform of college entrance examination.In order to further improve and perfect the students' comprehensive quality evaluation methods,give full play to the practice of voluntary service education and culture education function,strengthen students' sense of social responsibility,the innovation spirit and practice ability,Shanghai municipal education commission,the municipal government,and pku three departments jointly issued "on the strengthening of Shanghai ordinary high school students volunteer service(volunteer Labour)management of the implementation opinions(try out)",emphasize every high school students volunteer service(volunteer Labour)not less than 60 class hours.As one of the social practice bases for senior high school students in Shanghai,Pudong Library,in the face of the needs of the society,schools and students,has a positive response but is unable to cope with it.It lacks professional post service guidance courses for senior high school students volunteers who come to the library.At present,there are many researches on the training of library volunteers at home and abroad,forming a relatively perfect management system,while there are almost no post guide courses for senior high school volunteers,and few innovations in the specific introduction of the course system,course form and volunteer service post.Therefore,how to meet the different needs of high school students,library base and school,combined with the characteristics of the times,to design and develop the library position guide course for high school students volunteers has become the focus of this study.This study will take Pudong Library as an example,take the senior high school volunteers in Pudong Library as a research object,and determine the curriculum objectives through investigation and demand analysis.Based on the summary of the theory and practice of curriculum development both at home and abroad,the curriculum development model of this research will be designed and developed based on We Chat official account,and the curriculum will be implemented and evaluated.In the course of curriculum development,a job guidance manual is formed,which is not only the "guide" for senior high school students to carry out voluntary service activities,but also of great significance to the library and the school.It is hoped that this course can play a reference role in the design and development of voluntary service courses for other types of senior high school students' social practice bases other than the library.
