Research On The Current Status And Development Countermeasures Of The Government Affair Wechat Public Platform In Guangzhou City

In the Internet information age,as an important form of extending and moving government affairs of e-government affairs with the characteristics of the times,Government Affairs WeChat has become a new platform for building good relations between the government and the public,and society and the government.It plays an important role in changing the form of government service,improving the efficiency and quality of service,releasing government information,widening the channels of mutual action between the government and the people,appeasing the network public opinion,resolving social contradictions and so on.In recent years,both the meeting on open government affairs held by the State Council and the important speeches on network security and information technology work from the leaders have stressed the importance of building Weibo,WeChat and other government affairs open platform,and put forward clear requirements.Government WeChat public platform has developed rapidly in just a few years,and has gained more and more public attention and use degree,so it can be seen that the "bridge" of the dialogue between the government and the people has achieved remarkable results.In view of this,this paper selects the WeChat public platform group of Guangzhou as the research object,which has a large number of WeChat government affairs platform and more abundant display functions.A total of 60 official public platform of government agencies,management committees(Development zones),people and mass organizations,and various district governments that have opened WeChat public platform in Guangzhou from 2016 to 2017 were selected as research samples.The methods of sampling statistical analysis,content analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview are used to quantify and describe the release content,service function and interactive situation of the public platform,thereby studying the current situation and existing problems of its operation and development.From the perspectives of public service,information release,interaction between the government and the people,and the governance of public opinion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the public platform of government affairs WeChat of Guangzhou,to provide reference significance for further deepening and innovating the development of Guangzhou Government Affairs WeChat public platform and play a reference role for the construction of local government WeChat platform as well.
