Volunteer Recruitment Of Grassroots NGO

As China has been in the transition period of rapid development and change,great changes arise among various aspects of social life as well as the organized society.With the growth of public welfare undertaking,more and more attention has been paid into the construction of national life and public affairs.In this condition,plenty of non-governmental public welfare organizations emergence,which are active in every field of social life.However,a lot of problems appear with the development of grassroots NGO due to the present condition of society.Based on the volunteers recruitment of grassroots NGO,specific cases will be analyzed in detail to figure out the way and the process it works,as well as the cause and the further influence of it,which reflects the survival and development logic of grassroots NGO.The methods of observation,interviews and other qualitative research methods are adopted in this paper to analyze specific cases of volunteer recruitment of grassroots NGO for distance education.In addition,how resources and information flow in social organization network will be analyzed from the perspective of social network analysis.This research begins with observation and interviews of distance education organization.Since December 2016,the author has been participating in a distance education organization as a volunteer.Enrolled in volunteer service activities,the author gained basic knowledge of this organization and built steady relationship with other members.In this two years,the organization has experienced the period of explosive growth as well as the bottleneck.How resources and information flow in social organization network will be figured out by the observation to this organization and the interviews of organization members,volunteers,recipients and solicitor.The key steps and difficulties of the development of grassroots NGO will be presented for its further development and improvement,which can promote the development and transformation of Chinese society.
