A Historical Investigation Of The Construction Of Intra-party Laws And Regulations Of The Communist Party Of China

To rule the country must first rule the party,and to rule the party must be strict,strict must be according to the law.The construction of the CPC party regulations is an important guarantee for the CPC to strengthen its own construction.In the time of the centenary of the Party,through continuous exploration,the CPC has made great achievements in the construction of Party regulations.Focusing on the history of the construction of regulations within the CPC,this thesis discusses the following six aspects.The first section is an summarisation of the theoretical issues of Party regulations in the Communist Party of China.Defined party regulations and correlative concepts,analyzed the attributes and characteristics of party regulations,and the significance of party regulations,strengthens the basic understanding of party regulations,and lays the foundation for the study of the course of the construction of party regulations.The second section is the germination of the construction of Party regulations during the New Democracy period.The study is carried out in three development dimensions: the germination,the foundation and initial development of the construction of party regulations.The concepts of the Party leaders on the construction of Party regulations and the contents of the construction of Party regulations against the background of the unstable internal and external environment are introduced.The third section is the tortuous exploration of Party regulations during the epoch of socialist revolution and construction.The study is carried out in three development dimensions: sustainable development,twists and turns,and serious setbacks in the construction of laws and regulations within the Party,and introduces the philosophy of the Party leaders on the construction of Party regulations and the content of Party regulation construction in the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China.The fourth section is to restore and development Party regulations since the reform and opening up.The study is carried out in three development dimensions: the construction of laws and regulations within the Party has been gradually restored,steadily advanced,and developed rapidly,and introduces the theories of the Party leaders and content of party regulations construction under the background of reform and opening.The fifth section is the comprehensive enhancement of the construction of Party regulations since the 18 th National Congress.This chapter introduces General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of Party regulations,examines the more complete structural system and operational mechanism formed by the development of Party regulations to date,and presents the practical achievements of the construction of Party regulations to date.The sixth section is the experience and inspiration of the construction of Party regulations in the Communist Party of China.Study the history of the construction of party regulations and draw inspiration from the experience,namely,strengthening the construction of party regulations should adhere to the leadership of the Party,adhere to the practice oriented,constantly improve the system of party regulations,pay attention to publicity and education and improve the implementation of the system.
