Since the reform and opening up,China's political and economic system has been continuously deepened.The Chinese government has gradually learned western countries in the concept of government management and promoted the construction of “service-oriented” governments.The role positioning and functional requirements of government personnel are also undergoing subtle changes.Performance appraisal is a management tool for assessing and improving government performance.Its effectiveness is very suitable for enterprises,and it is gradually favored by government departments.Because there are some essential differences between the government and the company,not for the purpose of gaining profits,the company should not misappropriate the performance appraisal system where the company's profit is the core.Therefore,how to find the best and use it as a benchmark to establish and improve the performance appraisal of the government departments and become a society The focus of attention.As an important functional department of the Chinese government,the public security department bears important responsibilities for combating illegal crimes,safeguarding the security of the political power,social stability,and the safety of the people.The social responsibility of policemen in the public security department is higher than that of general government officials.The Chinese government pays more and more attention to performance appraisal,and this is the key work,so that it continues to play a role among the organization's staff.The public security department,which embodies the important functions of the government,also conducts related work through similar assessment methods and encourages the police to do their jobs.We have zero tolerance for the “old oil” and “middle-aged” found in the departments,correcting bad work styles,correcting work attitudes,and effectively encouraging everyone to do a good job.The concept of driving the civilian police to serve the people is based on the model of the enterprise.Practice has proved that after the implementation of the performance appraisal system,outstanding achievements have been achieved,and a governance concept of strict management of the police,quality of the police,and preferential treatment of the police has been realized.China's national conditions are relatively complex,so there is no perfect system.In terms of specific roles,the performance appraisal system is interfered with by a variety of different factors.The society has its inevitable law of discovery.We have no other way to make it possible to change routes.Through the establishment of a sound performance appraisal system,and continue to improve.Under the influence of some external factors,it is currently found that the performance appraisal system needs to be improved in terms of assessment concepts,assessment methods,and assessment procedures.This article analyzes and analyzes specific performance appraisal systems,takes the public security investigation department of S City as the research object,looks for deficiencies lacking rationality and lacks of scientificity,provides targeted solutions,establishes and improves performance appraisal system,and then stimulates the police.Enthusiasm,increase job satisfaction.
