Research On The Construction Of Destiny Community Between Lancang Mekong River Basin Countries

The surrounding area is an important strategic base for China peaceful rise,but also test Chinese peaceful development,"The Belt and Road" initiative,the fate of the community construction and many other strategic or policy test field.Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism of special geographical and cultural advantages based on came into being,is an important platform of The Belt and Road construction.At present,the research on Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism is relatively weak in domestic academic circles,especially the research on the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny is still in its infancy.Therefore,the study of the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny is of certain academic significance.This paper first combed the research results of the "community",focused on the theoretical origin of the "fate community" and the path of building the community of human destiny.Secondly,it studied the origin,significance and internal motivation of the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny construction.Then it analyzed the opportunities for building the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny,such as common community conception,bilateral political and economic relations,the institutionalized development of China-ASEAN Relations and the foundation of profound cultural identity.At the same time,it is also faced with the challenges of lacking political mutual trust,big power game,uneven economic development,diversity of social humanities and lack of security mechanism etc.Through analysis and research,this article holds that increasing political mutual trust and building common trust are the basis for building the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny.In the process of advancing,we should attach importance to coordination with the stakeholders of the Lancang-Mekong subregion.The Lancang-Mekong countries as the member of ASEAN,the support and recognition of ASEAN must be deepened and should be deepened.We should deepen cooperation with ASEAN and locate the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny as a part of the "China-ASEAN community of common destiny"."The Belt and Road" initiative as an opportunity to pay close attention to theconstruction of interconnection in GSM,tamp foundation of interest.Pluralistic and harmonious social and cultural relations are the soil and spiritual foundation for the construction of the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny.We should deepen cultural exchanges and build up the spirit of the Lancang-Mekong Community of Shared Destiny.In addition,based on the "3+5+X" cooperation framework,a mechanism should be established at the right time to form a joint effort of regional governance.
