The Online game,a necessity for our life,plays an important part in nowadays modern people constantly.These smart phone games or competitive computer games and even pets game of breeding pattern or violence games that involves in strategies against enemy,online games become a way to entertainment of killing time.With the development of the online games,some of the top list will stimulate a wave to download worldwide and even relatively new industry also emerged quickly.While,more and more people are more prone to choosing a professional player as their major;otherwise,in China the university began to set up the course of eSports for a bachelor degree.Furthermore,driven by the huge amount of economic value,many Internet companies try to search famous players as target of online games and hold a series of competitions to attract crazy fans altogether.Getting the market size to 85billion,in 2017 the earnings of live programs of eSports is up to 42billion,ranking on the top three.Only when such a promising future do the government promote its necessity of regulation by legislative way.In this passage,I will precisely discuss the legal status of live program of eSports and its object in copyright.In the view of network sites,some significant problems will be introduced as a whole;moreover,the key parts of the passage,the content and the range in copyright of the Internet live program is the essential topic in my paper.Due to the dilemma of the restriction in copyright,some new practical issues would be arisen.Adding to some new academic theories are new kinds of resolution for such a complex case.Considering the eSports network as a main subject,together with the right of copy,broadcast,publishing and communication through information network,the essay will deeply focus on the property right in copyright.Consequently,I will discuss how to figure out different kinds of broadcasting thereby adapted for different types of copyrights.All the reasoning would be supported by the real examples,mixed with theoretical and practical thinking.At last,based on the conclusion I did,some suggestion according to scenario the would be given,which apply for a novel idea of legislation and judicature in Internet copyright.
