Discusses And Practice The Management Mode Of "Party Building+" For The Phenomenon Of "Village In City"

Since China's reform and opening up,due to the development of the industrialization,some farmers,with their whole families,moved to urban areas for employment,which caused the phenomenon of village-in-city.Meanwhile,with the advancement of the urbanization,the rural collective land were partly or wholly expropriated,and some villagers who live in rural fringes of cities became residents of village in city.Because the communities of these village in city still implemented the rural management modes,the villagers did not really integrate into the city,and many other management problems resulted.Different management modes of village in city have formed.Taking Sandian Village in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City as the research object,based on the practice and its achievements of its management led by our government,this paper studies and discusses in terms of strengthening and improving the management mode of "Party building+" for the phenomenon of village in city,and finally the author tries to put forward feasible and effective management modes.According to the management problem of Sandian Village,since 2016,the village to implement "party building +" management mode,to the party to the economic development,connecting the city,civilization create,comprehensive control,old city reconstruction and so on,make Sandian Village economic and social development of all the work has achieved good results.However,there is still room for improvement in the management of "party building +" management in Sandian Village:Firstly,the comprehensive quality of the villagers is generally not high;easily got satisfied,they show no enthusiasm about participating in the management of village in city.Secondly,the village party plays a weak role and village party members fail to play a pioneer and model role;due to the low quality and old-age problem of the cadres of the "two committees",lot of key work of village level are not done well.To solve the problems of management of Sandian Village,this paper puts forward the following measures to optimize the "Party building+" management mode.Firstly,to raise the ideological awareness of village party members and cadres,strengthen their theoretical study and unite ideas of all villagers.Secondly,to reinforce the construction of the party branch and the grass-root party organizations,give full play to the pioneering role of party members and cadres.Thirdly,to integrate the service into the daily work and into the central work,continue to offer regular and long-term services,and to make the village-level party organization a core spot of uniting villagers and serving villagers.Fourthly,by speeding up transformation and upgrading of industries,and organize regular training,implement talent strong village project,drive build innovative entrepreneurial atmosphere,revitalize the village-level collective economy,promoting the village,who made his fortune.
