The Development And Contemporary Innovation Of The Party Building Model In Chinese Villages Since The Reform And Opening Up

At present,China is in a period of rapid modernization transformation,and the traditional village Party building model has been difficult to effectively cope with the challenges brought by the village social transformation.How to promote rural revitalization by strengthening the village Party building and thus consolidate the Party's leading authority and ruling foundation in rural society has always been an important issue concerned by the political circle.With the implementation of the strategy of rural vitalization in the new era,some rural grassroots Party organizations have explored and developed a new type of village Party building model called "the embedded mode of Party building" on the basis of summing up the experience and lessons of Party building.It not only effectively cope with the transformation of the rural social impact and got rid of the dilemma of Party building,but also accelerated the modernization of village social governance and promoted rural revitalization.Therefore,the core question of this paper is: Since the reform and opening up,what kind of development and change has the village Party building model experienced,in the new period,how did the village Party organization of the village realize the embedded integration and effective governance of the village society through the embedded mode of Party building? Based on the empirical investigation of the "Party Building Embedding Mechanism" in H village of central Jiangsu,this article attempts to explore the four aspects of embedded origin,embedded foundation,embedded method,and embedded effectiveness under the analytical framework of "the embedded mode of Party building",and discuss the village Party building embedded in village governance operating mechanism.The core content of the paper is mainly divided into the following five parts.The first part is the theoretical basis.This part constructs the analytical framework of "the embedded mode of Party building " by defining the core concepts and combing the basic theories,thus providing theoretical support and analytical tools for the research of the paper.The second part is the introduction of individual cases.This part focuses on the village situation of the individual villages and their development and changes in the transition period,and reproduces the social background of the embedded mode of village Party building in individual villages.The third part is the historical investigation.This part mainly examines the impact of the changes in the relationship between the country,political Party and society in the village field during the transition period on the changes of the village Party building model in individual cases.Based on the analysis perspective of the embedded mode of Party building,the problems and causes in the traditional village Party building model are discussed.The fourth part is the case analysis.This part mainly examines the operation of the embedded mode of Party building from the four dimensions of "embedded origin,embedded foundation,embedded mechanism,embedded effect",and discusses the feasibility of village Party building embedded village governance.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study.The paper believes that this new model of Party building is conducive to leading and promoting the modernization of village governance,and has reactivated the vitality of village Party building in the specific practice of village governance.This provides a useful practical reference for the current grassroots Party organizations of the majority of villages in the “aggregation and promotion” villages in the new era to strengthen village Party building and promote rural revitalization.At the same time,the paper also makes a preliminary reflection on the embedding dilemma that may be faced in the process of the embedded mode of Party building.
