The Judge Team Construction Of D Court In Changzhou Under The Reform Of Judicial System

Judge system reform is.an important part of judicial system reform,cause judge is in the hand of the judicial power,playing an important part of the judicial activities,so the success or failure of the judge system reform is very important to the construction of judge professionalization in our country.The most important reform of judicial responsibility system is the reform of the judge system.Many courts have made different attempts to reform the judge system.The reform has yielded some results,but there are still some difficulties and problems to be overcome in the future.Judge system reform should not only solve the problem of how many people can enter the judge team,but also solve the problems of what kind of people can enter the team and how to integrate resources after entering the team so as to maximize the effectiveness and so on.This article analyse the current problems existing in the judge system reform and reasons.Through learning the reform experience of other countries and the domestic advanced areas,the author finds to establish an equal judicial selection criteria,set up the dynamic adjustment mechanism,optimize the specific personnel configuration and mechanism,strengthen the professional guarantee,an effective use of the assistant judges will play a role to correct some problems of the reform of the judge system,and will promote the sustainable development of the team,provide the reference to attract more talents into the team.Although this paper studies the construction of the judges,the court,as a whole,needs not only the elite judges,but also the excellent auxiliary personnel.How to retain the outstanding judicial talent,and realize the optimal allocation of trial resources on this basis,is the question that this paper focuses on.
