Research On Ji'nan Pubic Security Organ Standardization Of Law Enforcement Current Situation And Countermeasures

With the change of international and domestic situation,the process of national legalization construction is accelerating,and people's legal consciousness is also increasing.For the public security organs,the current contradictions and social environment changes have put forward high requirements for law enforcement.Ji'nan city public security organs in recent years to change the concept of law enforcement,strengthen the Ministry of public security four construction and purification of Ji'nan city social environment for economic and social development in Ji'nan to make a contribution,but the construction of the Ji'nan city public security organs of law enforcement standardization also has some problems,such as law enforcement procedures are not standardized,the group the event handling is not timely,the lack of police team construction and so on.Therefore,what problems do Ji'nan public security organs have in building law enforcement standardization and how to solve these problems is a meaningful research topic.Based on the relevant theories and literatures of law enforcement,the Public Security Bureau of Ji'nan city as the research object,analyzes the case of 2015-2017 data,the Ji'nan city public security organs of law enforcement standardization status,law enforcement procedures and found the language of Ji'nan city public security organs exist in the law enforcement is not standardized,emergency handling and logistics in place,the construction of public security team is not standardized,there are many problems in public security window is not standardized,and analyzes the causes of various problems at home and abroad,the public security organs and the police law enforcement basis,put forward to improve the Ji'nan city public security organs of law enforcement standardization proposals.The analysis of Ji'nan city public security organs based on the case,according to the Ji'nan municipal public security organs in the administrative law enforcement problems,puts forward "improving legal quality,enhance the awareness of the law;perfecting the legal system,standardizing law enforcement procedures;strengthen the supervision of law enforcement,law enforcement to ensure transparency;enhance the ability of emergency disposal;construction of crisis warning mechanism;strengthen emergency safeguard;strict recruitment system,strengthen auxiliary personnel management;improve police legal culture,prevention of corruption in lawenforcement law enforcement of public security organs;management innovation;strengthen incentive mechanism,enhance the service ability of public security organs;establish a rotation system,eliminate the police occupation burnout window" and other countermeasures,has certain innovation and maneuverability.It has a strong practical significance in the promotion of Ji'nan city public security organs of law enforcement standardization level.
