Research On Standardization Of Public Security Law Enforcement

Administration according to law is an important part of the basic strategy for the rule of law.It requires the establishment of administrative organs,the acquisition and exercise of administrative power,and the responsibility of administrative acts must comply with laws and regulations.At present,China has established a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,the rule of law in the country gradually began to emphasize the law enforcement.As an important aspect of law,the enforcement of law is more important than the implementation of other laws.The public security organ is the most active and comprehensive power in our country's administrative power system.If they can't administrate according to law,it will hinder the entire construction of China legal system.Therefore,the standardization of public security law enforcement is an important guarantee to promote democracy and the rule of law,to achieve social fairness and justice.It's also an important part of the strategy of governing the country according to law.However,the standardization of public security law enforcement is a long-term systematic project with many-sided,which includes the standardization of the concept and the basis of law enforcement,the law enforcement procedure and the law enforcement supervision.Based on the interpretation of law enforcement,public security law enforcement and law enforcement standardization and other related concepts,this article,taking the case of LeiYang for example,has explained the difficulties of public security law enforcement in China.It also puts forward some improvement suggestions to provide reference for China's construction of law enforcement standardization.
