Problem And Countermeasure Research Of Cyberpolitics Participation In Contemporary China

The cyberpolitics participation is a new way of political participation in the construction of political civilization in contemporary China,which is an important symbol of the development level of social democratic politics.With the development of Internet technology,the rapidly expanding network political participation is of great significance to protect the political participation rights and interests of citizens and promote the process of political democratization.At present our country has full access to connectivity of the network era,network virtual field provides citizens with new public space,at the same time,also added new uncontrollable factors to social development.The social capital theory is an important thinking method and the research paradigm,forming from the modern western political science,management,sociology,economics and other multidisciplinary.As an important complement of material capital and human capital,it is of great significance to promote the political,economic and social development.At present,the research on social capital theory in China is not very sufficient,especially in the analysis of political issues.In fact,social capital,whether as a comprehensive conceptual analysis of political issues,or as a research method,the construction of social capital plays a decisive role in explaining the specific political factors or the different levels of political system.This paper adopts literature induction,information research,case analysis and other research methods.The relationship between network political participation and social capital is clarified,and the relationship between network political participation and social capital is the mutual promotion of connectivity.On the one hand,social capital plays an active role in the orderly development of online political participation.On the other hand,good online political participation is conducive to the accumulation of social capital.After to recognize the correlation of them,from the constituent elements of social capital,mutual trust,networks,and three levels of social norms,this paper discusses the current actual situation of the network political participation of social capital in our country,and combining with related cases,respectively,the paper analyzes the relationship between mutual trust capital,network and social norms capital brought by insufficient in all sorts of problems.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper probes into the negative impact of the shortage of social capital on network political participation.This paper focuses on the participation subject,governance body and participation environment of network political participation,and analyzes the causes of the problems in network political participation.At the end of the paper is trying to solve the problems existing in the network political participation,according to the actual situation of corresponding from refactoring mutual trust,integrated onl ine network,strengthening the specification proposes countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects respectively.This paper puts forward some relevant opinions on cultivating social capital to develop network politics.Cultivation social capital suitable for China's political development,which is not only the service of theoretical research,but also the positive role of political practice.
