Electronic evidence is one of the legal forms of evidence,Wechat evidence is typical of electronic evidence.The identification of the relevance of WeChat evidence is an important issue in the investigation of drug crimes.As a kinds of evidences of drug crime in a virtual cyberspace,it needs to satisfy the relevance of content and carrier.In the discussion,carrier relevance means that the maker of the WeChat evidence is the same person as the suspect.Content relevance means that the hidden semantics are the same as the real meaning.Traditional evidence and scientific evidence work together to enable WeChat evidence to comply with legal provisions and truly play an important role in investigations.With many people using WeChat,the big data era has arrived.There is often a large amount of data in drug crime investigations.In order to solve the problems associated with the specific WeChat data and cases that arise in the initial investigation,and then make the data into electronic evidence with legal significance,from the perspective of scientific evidence,this paper considers how to identify the relationship between WeChat data and WeChat evidence in the investigation of drug crimes,and then establish the principle system of WeChat electronic evidence relevance recognition.The article studies the laws and regulations of electronic evidence and some technical methods.Starting from the investigation characteristics of drug crimes,it clarifies the concepts of WeChat evidence relevance and considers the current situation and the reasons in China.Through the exploration of methods,scientific support is provided for the detection of drug crimes.Under the guidance of the above ideas,the main body of this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the overall introduction of the relevance recognition of the WeChat evidence in the investigation of drug crimes.Starting from the definition of WeChat electronic evidence,the implications of the relevance of WeChat electronic evidence are discussed.Finally,the article describes the concept and uniqueness of the relevance of WeChat electronic evidence in drug crimes.This section not onlyclarifies the concept,but also highlights the difference between WeChat evidence and traditional evidence.Consider where the WeChat evidence differs from other electronic evidence.This section aims to clarify the subject boundary.The second part is about the problems existing in the identification of WeChat electronic evidence in drug crimes in China.This section first analyzes the problems and causes of this field in our country: First,there is a problem in the carrier relevance in identifying who made the WeChat evidence.Second,there is a problem that the implicit meaning and practical meaning of the content are difficult to transform.Third,dereliction of relevance recognition in the process of electronic evidence certification.Then the paper analyzes four major reasons: Wechat personal authentication function is missing;the cooperation of human identification technology in the investigation does not form a complete system;criminals intend to hide the facts of the crime;judicial staff do not attach importance to the identification of WeChat evidence relevance.This section aims to clarify these issues and justify the reasons.The third part discusses the method of identifying the relevance of WeChat electronic evidence.We discuss the principle of relevance recognition of WeChat evidence in drug crimes,and demonstrate the rationality of the relevance of WeChat evidence from the foundation.Then the article discusses the screening of electronic evidence from a large number of data sources and provides ideas for the conversion of data to legal evidence.Then introduced the method of identifying electronic evidence cryptography and the actual meaning.From the technical point of view,the identification of criminal suspects is determined by voiceprint identification,video electronic portrait identification,bank card information,and location information.Describe the method used to determine the identity of the makers of WeChat evidence.This section is the focus of the article.The purpose is to establish a method system for identifying the relevance of WeChat electronic evidence in drug crimes.
