The Participation Of Fuzhou Communist Youth League In Social Governance And Innovation

With the rapid development of economy and society,various social problems emerge in endlessly.The government,the public and others all look forward to more effective social governance.The nineteenth report of the communist party of China(CPC)proposes to establish a pattern of social governance that is jointly built,co-governed and Shared.As a group under the leadership of Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee,the Fuzhou Communist Youth League should play a more important role in social governance innovation.However,in the process of participating in social governance,there are deep-seated problems such as insufficient resources,low effectiveness and low recognition.Under the guidance of the multi-disciplinary theories of public management,sociology and education,this paper studies the participation of the Fuzhou Communist Youth League in social governance.Through case study and comprehensive analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The purpose of this study is to guide the Fuzhou Communist Youth League to actively participate in the innovation of social governance in accordance with the social development situation and the needs of the party's work,at the same time,to guide the Fuzhou Communist Youth League to find the right combination point and path of work and play an active and effective role in social governance.
