Study On The Interaction Between The Communist Youth League And The Youth Social Organizations In Perspective Of Cooperative Governance

In recent years,China's social organizations have sprung up and grow rapidly,and grown up as an important social subject coexisting with government and enterprise.Among them,the youth as the main body,or the youth as the main target,have gradually developed into the backbone of social organizations,and aroused the attention of all sectors of society.As the Chinese Communist Party's assistant and reserve force,how to play the role as bridge and link between the Party and the masses of young people well,to correctly understand and grasp the relationship with youth social organizations,to strengthen cooperation and interaction with them,and to unite and agglomerate the young people furthest,have become important tasks for the Communist Youth League to seriously think and answer.This paper takes the Communist Youth League and the youth social organization of Zhucheng as an example,through literature research,field investigation,case analysis and other methods,based on the theory of the market/government/social organization failure and cooperative governance,to analysis the relationship orientation of Zhucheng Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations,find the problems and causes,and to refine the interaction between the Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations combined with domestic practices.So as to boost the healthy development of youth social organizations,to improve the Communist Youth League's ability of uniting and serving the youth and of participating in social governance,and to offer help to the economic and social development.This paper unfolds from six parts:The first one is the introduction of the background,research status at home and abroad,research framework,research methods and possible innovations.The second one is the theoretical basis of the establishment of the interaction and cooperation between the Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations.The third part is to introduce the current situation of the relationship between Zhucheng Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations,and analyze the main problems and reasons.The fourth one is to introduce the main mode of the interaction between the Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations in the developed areas in China,and to inspire the reconstruction of the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations in Zhucheng.The five part gives suggestions on how to establish and improve the cooperation between the two sides,these are optimizing the external environment for cooperation,optimizing the brand image,accumulating exchange capital,and achieveing win-win cooperation.The last part is a summary of the full text.This paper is an enrichment and development of research on the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations in the academic field,which has certain theoretical significance.And to some extent,it also provides reference for other regions.Therefore,it has certain practical significance.
