Research On The Industrial Policy Implementation Of Nansha Free Trade Zone

The free trade zone is an important position for China to open up in the new era.lt committed to transforming government functions,management patterns and institutional innovation,achieving resource and factor concentration,promoting economic growth,etc.Industrial policy is an important means to achieve these goals.Recently,China's free trade zone has issued various industrial support policies,how to implement these policies successfully becomes an important issue.Therefore,this article chose the industrial policy implementation of free trade zone as the research object.The author adopts the New structural economics theory,Mechanism design theory and Smith model as the theoretical basis,and chose the"1+1+10" industrial policy system of Nansha FTZ as the object to analysis.By analyzing the applicability of the theory and adjusting it,the three-dimensional analysis framework of industrial policy implementation for free trade zone was constructed.We use this framework to analyze the implementation of the "1+1+10"industrial policy system,the highlights and shortcomings are described.After demonstrate the industrial policy experience of other free trade zones,The Suggestions of industrial policy implementation on Nansha FTZ and other free trade area are given.Through research,we found that:(1)The three-dimensional analysis framework of industrial policy implementation for free trade zone has a strong explanatory power due to the theoretical rationality and the fit of practice.(2)The industrial policy implementation of Nansha FTZ has accumulated some experience,but it can still be improved.(3)Under the guidance of this analytical framework,we can learn from other regions,and then promote the industrial policy implementation of Nansha FTZ and other free trade zone.
