With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China,the number of transitional communities has increased dramatically.Women's employment in transitional communities has become increasingly prominent and has become one of the important factors affecting the stability of communities and families.To solve the problem of women's employment in transitional communities requires the joint efforts of society and the family.Social work as a helping professional and career plays an important role in the promotion of women's employment in transition communities and can compensate for the lack of social policies.This study uses the social support network theory as a framework,combines the perspective of superiority perspectives,and adopts research methods such as interviews and observations to evaluate the employment pressure and dilemma faced by women in transitional communities.It is designed around how to promote the employment of women in transitional communities.Practical program.First,start from the transformation community women themselves,through the encouragement,relaxation training and other methods to ease the psychological tension and stress,enhance the positive sense of optimism,ease the pressure on the employment,and enhance their own ability to solve problems.Second,start from the family and provide family members with daily employment support by inviting family members to participate in theme group activities.Third,starting from the community level,through community action,provide women with employment training,expand employment information channels,increase community residents' awareness of women's employment issues,and create a good community support environment.This study evaluates and reflects on the effectiveness of practical intervention from the perspective of appropriateness and sustainability.First of all,the group's social work can establish a good environment for communication among team members,strengthen the links between team members,expand its social support network,and relieve pressure on employment through mutual help and support among team members;secondly,Women's employment issues in transitional communities are brought into the family and community level,enabling their family members and communities to understand women's important status in the family,causing family and community attention to their employment issues,and solving women's employment problems in transitional communities.Promote the role of good;Finally,through policy-level advocacy,voice for women in transitional communities,enhance social policy support for their employment,and build a good social environment for women in transitional communities.
