A Passive Study On Women Employment In The Ningxia Hui Autonomous District

It is long time that women's problem be concerned. Arestot, the Greece famous thinker and politician, already has made wandeful decition about women's position and function. In recent years, the research of women's problem becomes a hot point of social science research in the world. In the period of 50 years since our country founded, specially reforming and opening-up, Chinese women obtained historic and great progress on the direction of"equal, development, peace". However, China is still a developing country. The condition of Chinese women, be checked and influented by the economic developing level and tradition idea, still is unsatisfactery. The equity right of feminine still doesn't exist in some field; such as participate politics, employment, aducation, and marriage family. These phenomenon still occurrence that discriminate women. The whole society states of women character still need to rise. As women's employment, participate society production, is the important reflect that they take part in society production.According to the fourth census data and the fifth census data, this paper analysis the characteristics and varieties of women employment in the Ningxia Hui nation autonomy prince. The basic study precess is: First, descript the phenomenon, what is the present condition? Second, analysis the factors that influent women employment in the Ningxia and put forward the model of women employment. After basic studying of "what" and "why", this paper will put forward some policy suggestions which adjust the employment structure of women. Among them, it is the most important point of the paper that reason analyzed and setting up the model of women employment. The paper structure as follows:The first part: Introduction, it notes the purpose, meaning, the research way and the research process of the paper.The second part: The present condition of women employment in the Ningxia Hui nation autonomous region. It will mainly begin from employment of the minority women and the whole women in the Ningxia.The third part: The existent problem of women employment in Ningxia. It include the total quitity, the structure and difference of women employment.The four part: The factor analysis of women employment. Through setting up the model, enacting variable, measures the factor variety which affect women employment and evaluate these factors.The fifth part: Put forward the politic suggestions on the foundation of above analycis.
