China’s economy developed with the rapid in recent years, the speed ofurbanization process are gradually increased, inevitably cause a large number oflandless peasants. landless peasants has become increasingly serious employmentproblems in our urbanization process, there has a profound impact for establishmentof a socialist harmonious society.“People urbanization”, as the core, to be more andmore people realize that in the new urbanization in China. Employment is thepeople’s livelihood, Well-being and living standards of humanity is the goal ofurbanization, solve the employment problem of landless peasants, actually is a way tosolve their life and sustainable development issues. We should solve theiremployment problems beyond industrialization and urbanization background, Overallarrangement and gradual implementation, whether community residents or farmers,who are the citizen, have the right to enjoy the fruits of development of the city. I use"the new public service theory" as a theoretical tool in this study, People-oriented asidea, through the practice of Wuzhouhuifu community Zhengzhou City, to solve theemployment of landless peasants exploration, Summarize the basic experience of thecommunity to solve the employment of landless peasants, and find out problems inthis community process to solve the employment problem of landless peasants,analyze the reasons, finally, a more systematic continuous improvement from thegovernment proposed the employment environment, and enhance accountabilitymanagement, corporate social responsibility and actively, landless farmers strive todevelop their own desire to have the "people-oriented" concept to implement these,landless farmers achieve better employment, and promote the harmoniousdevelopment of economy and society. Specific divided into four parts：First part. Introduces the background and meaning of topic, include internationalacademic research and research ideas and innovationsSecond part.
