On The Embodiment Of Ideological And Political Education In Building A Harmonious Community

The community is the cell of the society,and the harmony of the community is the foundation of the social harmony.The ideological and political education of community is the construction of a harmonious community is an important in cyanide attention and do a good job of Ideological and political education in community work,for the construction of a harmonious society in the new era smoothly,the relationship of the party and people,has very important significance to improve community civilization.Compared with the ideological and political education in other fields,the ideological and political education in the community has the commonness and individuality.This article from the combination of Ideological and political education and community construction and community management as the starting point,on the basis of community investigation,the use of Ideological and political education,philosophy,psychology and other disciplines theory,analyzes the problems and causes existing in Ideological and political education in city community and put forward the methods and measures to strengthen and improve city community ideological and political education work.With the transformation of the development of socialist market economy and social structure,more and more retirees,laid-off workers and rural migrant workers gathered in the community,the traditional community ideological and political education work is facing serious challenges,mainly in the community ideological and political education work,the contents of a single method is simple and the participation of the community residents awareness of community identity is not strong sense of community ideological and political education pertinence and effectiveness is not high,the human community ideological and political education resources,lack of financial input.The reasons for these problems are imperfect community management system,imperfect community party construction insufficient attention to community ideological and political education work,lack of effective supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism in community ideological and political education,and incompatibility with the needs of the new situation.Methods to solve these problems is the innovation of the city community ideological and political education,enrich its content to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in community work and to enhance residents' sense of participation,strengthen the team construction of Ideological and political education in community workers,increase the construction of infrastructure investment and improve the community management system and strengthen the construction of community party organization.Through the questionnaire survey,This paper makes a sampling survey of the Luoyang community in Henan province.From the perspective of theory and practice,this paper puts forward the improvement path of the ideological and political education work in the community,in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in urban communities...
