Shi Liang,a famous Chinese lawyer,politician,social activist and leader of women's movement.As an outstanding woman representative,she is active in women's work,forming her own unique insights in the work process and guiding practical activities.This article mainly explains Shi Liang's outstanding achievements in women's work by explaining her work in women's work,so that she can have a clear and comprehensive understanding of her thoughts and practices regarding women's work and is deeply aware of it.The body of the article is divided into five parts.The first part analyzes the conditions for the formation of Shi Liang women's ideas.The source of any idea is inseparable from the background of the times.Shi Liang understanding and concern about women's issues first came from her experience and witness to the social status quo,and she had a deep understanding of the discrimination and oppression suffered by the majority of women.In addition,Shi Liang's growing environment and her personal character and her profession have a profound impact on the birth of Shi Liang's women's ideas.All these have prompted her to embark on the road to women's liberation.The second part discusses Shi Liang's thoughts and practice about women's national salvation.Women's future and destiny are closely related to the future of the nation's people.At the time of the national crisis,women's duty is to save the country.Only when the people are liberated will women' s liberation be achieved.Under this ideological guidance,Shi Liang led the majority of women compatriots in organizing the first national salvation group in Shanghai-women's rescue of the National Assembly to promote Shanghai's salvation activities;In order to mobilize more women to participate in the anti-Japanese war,to promote the establishment of a united front for women's resistance to Japan,and to actively establish women's steering committees.;in order to break the Japanese military's attempt to quickly destroy China,it has organized women's participation in the work of defending Wuhan;it has supported the anti-Japanese frontline and led the women' s community in carrying out fundraisers.The third part discusses the ideas and practices of Shi Liang women and democracy.Democracy is the expression of public opinion,and the pursuit of democracy is the right that everyone has.The majority of women are no exception.Women can achieve independence and liberation of their personalities only by realizing their democratic rights.The realization of women's democratic rights requires both government support and women's own struggle.As well as under this ideological guidance,Shi Liang,as one of the few women politicians,actively sought for women's representation in the National Assembly in the proposal;advocated the implementation of democratic constitutional government,promoted the vigorous development of the constitutional movement in Chongqing's women's community,and promoted the peaceful democracy for women's communities.The movement promoted the upsurge of the democratic movement in the women's sector;it participated in practical activities such as the New Political Consultative Conference.The fourth part discusses the ideas and practice of Shi Liang women and marriage.In the old marriage system,marriage was often determined by the will of the parents,and the autonomy of marriage could not be controlled by individuals.Shi Liang proposes that marriage should be autonomous and must be based on the equality of men and women on the basis of love.Women also have the right to divorce.As well as under the guidance of this idea,she presided over the formulation and implementation of the first law of the "New China" Marriage Law,which liberated women who were immersed in the feudal marriage system.Finally,through the understanding and summary of Shi Liang women's thoughts and practice activities,we can provide lessons for today's women's work.Since the founding of new China,the Chinese society has undergone unprecedented historic changes,and the status of women has been unprecedentedly promoted,but new women's problems still appear in the new stage.Shi Liang put forward to attach importance to women's power and unite women through the form of women's organization.The idea of the realization of women's rights and interests through legal protection not only has a guiding role in the past women's liberation,but also has important significance and value for the development of women's work in ChinaShi Liang's life has gone through three historical stages:the late Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China and the new China.Through the study of the thought and practice of Shi Liang,we can not only understand the personal views on the problems of women and the achievements in women's work,but also understand the hard work of countless ancestors for women's Emancipation in different historical periods.It is of great significance for us to devote itself to reform,opening up and modernization.
