Study Of Cadre Education In Jin Sui Base Area During Anti-Japanese War

Cadre education has always been in the most important position in the process of party building and development.From the establishment of the party to the present stage,it has devoted a great deal of effort to the education of cadres.It has always been the crucial component of the party's policy to cultivate cadres for the Chinese revolution and reform,as well as to put into practice for this purpose.The cadre education during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression was the greatest,most vivid and most active period for the education of cadres of the Chinese Communist Party.Facing the Japanese imperialist aggression,a national united front against Japanese aggression was established by all sides.As well as established and developed the anti-Japanese base areas behind the enemy,to lead the long-term and broad the anti-Japanese war.Why choose the Jinsui base area for studying cadre education?Because of the special geographic location of the Jinsui base area,it is of great strategic significance.At the time,most of Jinsui's cadres were not well-educated.In order to carry out the revolution in the end,the Central Committee of the CPC and the Shanxi-Gansu-Jinan border area government conducted in-depth and systematic education activities for the cadres.As the result,the overall level of the cadres was improved through this activity.Therefore,it has certain historical significance to study the Jinsui base area.In order to summarize the situation of cadre education in the base areas systematically,this paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of cadre education during the base period.It is important to extract direct or indirect guidance from the educational ideology of the revolutionary martyrs Marx,Engels,Lenin,and others on the educational ideology of the Chinese Communist Party.And then analyze how Mao Zedong,Chen Yun,Zhang Wentian and other revolutionary leaders inherited these ideas.Through summarizing the Marxist-based ideological education,political education mainly to enhance party spirit,and the cultural education mainly for enhancing various subjects,which was studied by the cadres in the Jinsui base,to discuss the importance of education of cadres.Through the establishment of a series of cadre education institutions in the Jinxi base area to educate cadres and set up a series of newspaper newspapers to discuss how to educate cadres in the Jinsui base area.By summarizing the ideological and political awareness of the cadres in the Jinsui base area,the improvement of the cultural level,the training of a large number of cadres for the National Anti-Japanese War,and the Liberation War,it discusses the effectiveness,as well as the weaknesses of cadre education at the Jinsui base.At this stage,China is in a period of comprehensively deepening reform,building a well-off society in an all-round way,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.New problems and new challenges will emerge during this period.This is a brand-new challenge to the governing capacity,leadership ability,knowledge level,and the theoretical literacy of party's cadres in the new period.This article will discuss the cadre education in the Jinsui base area can be used as a reference for contemporary cadre education by three aspects: putting the ideological education of the cadres in the first place,the education of the cadres with the political forms of the party,cadre education aiming at establishing a learning-oriented political party.In summary,there is a certain historical and practical significance for the education of cadres in the Jinsui base area.To sum up history and face reality is the academic mission of our researchers.
