Resettlement Community To Modern Urban Community Research

Since China opened the curtain of urbanization, a lot of city choose relocation as the way for urbanization. In the process of urbanization, it forms a variety of resettlement community, a large number of farmers were relocated to resettlement communities. This new change in ownership, for the farmers who were relocated means a great lifestyle changes. It is an important way for them to shift to urban residents. But because the quality of these relocated farmers are poor and the governments didn’t fully aware of the resettlement community’s function. There are still a considerable gap between resettlement communities and urban communities. This article is based on a detailed analysis for the current situation of the resettlement community, to research the important role of the resettlement community in the development, to contrast this new type of community and the modern urban community and find out the difference and gap. combining actual situation of the resettlement community where the author is in, proposed some Suggestions to speed up the resettlement community to modern urban community.This paper consists of six parts: The first part is an introduction to the background, significance, research methods, contents, innovations and difficulties; The second part expounds the basic characteristics and the management pattern of modern mature community. The third part analyzes the necessity of transforming for the resettlement community to modern mature community; The fourth part studies the current situation and the management dilemma of the resettlement community; The fifth part based on above gives some constructive suggesties. In this paper, it applies modern government management、public economics、statistics and so on, together with a comprehensive study of literature, comparative analysis, empirical analysis and other methods were applied while the pilot side run.
