Group labor disputeis a very disharmonious factor in labor disputes,and its formation characteristics and handling methods should be different from other labor disputes.Grounded in the current situation of environmental governance in Beijing,mass labor disputes have become more and more frequent.By using the methods of literature review,investigation and interview,case analysis,the author combines mass labor disputes with Beijing.By analyzing its historical evolution,current situation,characteristics and causes of formation,the author draws lessons from foreign practices.Finally,we will form a solution to collective labor disputes and pre optimization solutions.In the part of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the meaning of labor disputes,the manifestation of labor disputes,the differences and links between group labor disputes,and the concepts of collective labor disputes by using the principles of public management such as government functions,government governance and policy analysis,and puts forward my own views.Sexual labor disputes refer to group disputes arising from labor disputes,including collective labor disputes and individual labor disputes with more than 10 people related to each other.In the part of empirical research,the author searches the "China Labor Statistics Yearbook" from 2007 to 2016 to show the acceptance of labor disputes,especially collective labor disputes,the causes of the disputes,the results of the treatment,and the way to deal with the case,and analyzes the characteristics of the data.In the fourth part of the article,the author This paper analyzes and displays the current ways to deal with labor disputes,points out the shortcomings and points out the causes of formation of mass labor disputes,which mainly include three types:the catalytic effect of policies,the "loss" of employers and the "gain" of workers,and the lack of mediation mechanism for labor disputes."Deficiency",and further analysis of the above three main reasons.In view of the characteristics of labor disputes,especially collective labor disputes,in China Labor Statistical Yearbook from 2007 to 2016 and the shortcomings of the current institutional mechanism for dealing with mass labor disputes,the author puts the emphasis on the construction of the source mechanism,and puts forward that attention should be paid to the role of law in guiding and regulating social subjects.To give full play to the flexible and flexible advantages of other policies,the government should do something,employers should fully assume the responsibility of the main body,laborers should actively play the initiative,trade union organizations should have a strong internal quality,the image of the tree and other practical measures,and to the future direction of mass labor disputes in Beijing.
