Civil servants are a group of ordinary and "special" groups.Over the years,the salary of the group,the grey income,the reform of public health care,the integration of the pension insurance and the heat of the resignation have been constant.In the context of the high house price in Beijing,the investment and financial planning of the civil servants' families is obviously different from that in other areas.In the past few years,civil servants have experienced salary adjustment,public health care reform,pension insurance and other institutional changes.The management of sunshine wages and eight regulations has strictly changed the welfare and invisible income of civil servants.Nowadays,civil servants,like ordinary employees,need to pay medical insurance and endowment insurance,which will change the old civil servants' sense of the past and affect their personal and family income and expenditure and financial planning.Civil servants families,especially the civil servants who are in the "middle person" of the pension reform,need to improve their financial management awareness and family planning.In the light of the regional characteristics of Beijing,this paper studies the characteristics of the civil service group and the various systems.Based on the perspective of investment and finance,this paper analyzes the changes and financial risks of various systems and their changes to civil servants' families.This paper also uses the general steps of financial planning to analyze the case of a specific civil servant family in Beijing,and put forward the pertinent proposals.
