Study On The Influence Of Endowment Insurance On Family Endowment Pattern Of Urban And Rural Elderly

The arrival of an aging society has brought new challenges and challenges to China's pension problem.Under the influence of traditional Confucianism,the family has the responsibility and obligation to support and support the elderly when the elderly group loses their ability to work and withdraw from the labor market.The specific manifestation is that the elderly living in the home when they are old,and the family provides financial support and life,Care and emotional care services.With the rapid development of China's economy,the population mobility between urban and rural areas has increased,the family size has gradually become smaller,and the ability of families to support the elderly population is gradually weakening.At the same time,the report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to establish a coverage of all citizens.The multi-level social security system,in the face of the decline of the traditional family security status,and the continuous improvement of the social old-age security system,it is necessary to study the impact of the old-age insurance system on the traditional family pension model.Based on the current situation of social life,this paper uses the data of the national large-scale database CHARLS2015 to study the impact of the current pension insurance system on the family pension model.From the perspective of living arrangements,the family pension model is obtained by the elderly pension resources at home,which is different from social pension and self-support;from the perspective of function,the family pension model provides the family with financial support for the elderly,life care and material help.Therefore,this paper first analyzes whether the pension insurance system affects the family living arrangements of urban and rural elderly groups.Secondly,it studies the impact of the pension insurance system on family financial support,life care and emotional care.Specifically,this study has the following findings: First,pension insurance has no effect on the choice of family living.Second,the pension insurance system will affect the functions of the family pension model.This effect is reflected in the pension insurance system will enhance the life care provided by the children in the family and reduce the family emotional care.The results of the interactive analysis can also find the role of pension insurance.The effect of urban family care for the elderly and the emotional support is greater than that of the rural elderly;however,the results of the financial support for the elderly in urban and rural areas are not significant,reflecting that the receipt of pensions in China does not crowd the family's financial support for the elderly.Therefore,according to the results of the analysis of the article,it is recommended to improve the urban and rural endowment insurance system,improve relevant supporting facilities;improve the level of pension insurance,moderately tilt the rural areas;advocate the promotion of respect for the elderly and respect for the elderly,give play to the function of family pension;encourage private capital to enter the market,establish Diversified pension concept.
