A Study About The Impact Of The New Rural Endowment Insurance System On Family Support For Elderly

With China’s rural social and economic changes, the function of rural familyendowment will be gradually blurred, and the role of social endowment in rural endowmentwill grow larger and larger. The pilot and implementation of the new rural endowmentinsurance system let it gradually become the core mechanism of China’s rural old-agesupport security system.But family endowment should always be a part of our country rural old-age supportsecurity system. Since the pilot of the new rural endowment insurance system, it has madegreat progress. But, at present, about the relationship between the new rural endowmentinsurance system and family endowment still have some doubts and disputes. In theprocess of the new policy implementation, we should fully study the dynamic relationshipbetween it and family support, to make a coordinated development. Through the field visitand survey of the M village in henan by myself, in this paper, I (The author) mainly discussthe influence that the operation of the new rural endowment insurance system on familyendowment, and summarizes some individual conclusions, hoping to do some help for newrural endowment insurance of implementation and improvement.Based on the background of the urban and rural development, the comprehensiveconstruction of a well-off society and the construction of socialist new countryside,according to the weakening of family pension function and the urgency of the rural old-agerequirements, the paper do some research about the new rural endowment insurance systemof our country and the influence of the system to family support. Firstly, the articlediscussed the background and significance of the topic selection, and reviewed the status ofthe related research at home and abroad, and defined the relevant conception, and simplyreviewed the development and evolution process of the rural endowment. Secondly, basedon the data from sample survey, this paper analyzes the implementation situation about the new rural endowment insurance system in M village, and mainly is to explore the influenceon family endowment of the new policy. Ensure that under the new system’s positiveinfluence, to avoid the negative effect, and to make family endowment effect be better usedand advance the policy implementation. Lastly, summarize the conclusion of this study, andput forward some suggestions. I think that we should be on the basis of summarize the pastexperiences and lessons, and found new system problems and inadequate in the course ofimplementation. Then constantly improve and sound it according to the actual situation ofdifferent regions. And provide typical demonstration role for the popularization andpromotion of new system.
