Research On Service Effect Of Geriatric Social Work And Optimal Path In A Organization's Project Operating

At present,many countries in the world have entered an aging society.As the most populous country in the world,China has a large population of old people and a rapid aging where age becomes old before it can become rich.The government has taken a series measures to solve the problems caused by the aging population,including vigorous support for the development of social organizations.Under the guidance of policy,social organizations' development environment is getting better and better.They has grown rapidly.However,it's difficult to judge the level and effect of their service.And the government is buying more and more geriatric social work services,the scientific evaluation of the social work service effect of the elderly has become a trend.Based on this,this paper uses literature method,participatory observation,semi-structured interview and other research methods,relying on A organization's project operating,to analyze the service effect of geriatric social work,find the problem,explore the causes of problem,and put forward the optimal path of services.We has thoroughly screened and arranged all the collected information.According to PDCA analysis theory,we found four problems in A organization's project operating:inadequate survey of elderly needs during the plan phase;poor service quality during the do phase;more value on checking form during the check phase;and lack of effective measures to improve during the adjust phase.In Combination with the operation of A organization I observed during my internship,reasons are analyzed:the project funds are limited;the professional level of social organizations is low;the buyer is more important than the service object;project evaluation and supervision is poorly.On the basic of analyzing reasons,we put forward some suggestions about the optimal path of the service effect of geriatric social work in A organization's project operating:First,evaluate the actual needs of the elderly and improve the quality of service;Secondly,design schemes according to funds and serve reasonably;Thirdly,enhance staff training and the professional service of the project;Finally,standardize PDCA mode and optimize project evaluation and supervision.
