Research On Project Operation Of Social Work Participating In Urban Community Construction

The development of social work in China and the introduction of social public service projects have enabled the organic integration of community services and projects,and promoted the emergence of various types of philanthropy social service projects that serve a certain group in the form of projects.So far,the study of social work participation in community service practice and related theories has been further promoted,and the government has provided project sources for the project operation of social work participation in community service by purchasing services,setting up project funds,and implementing project subsidies.As a pilot area for the development of social work industry in Jiangxi Province,Q District vigorously promotes the construction of social welfare service projects for social welfare ventures.Social work organizations receive government funding support through tenders,and then organize professional staff to provide corresponding services to the needs of community residents.On the basis of the philanthropy social work service project,the Q district government vigorously promoted and introduced social welfare service projects such as micro-public welfare,women and children,and central government.With the emergence of various types of social service projects dedicated to a specific community or multiple communities,the trend of community service projects in Q District has become apparent.Based on the trend of community service project operation in Q District of Nanchang City,the author selects the Q zone philanthropy venture project as a case study,collects data by case analysis method,literature method and participatory observation method,and systematically expounds the Q zone philanthropy community.The practice of the service project in preparation,design,implementation,management and evaluation,analyze the service effectiveness,problems and challenges of the social service project in each pilot community,and then reflect on the countermeasures and suggestions for proposing reasonable and feasible community service project operation..According to the research,the problems and challenges faced by the community service project operation in Q area are mainly reflected in the dilemma of pursuing social and economic benefits in the objective situation of project grading operation;meeting the actual conflict between the needs of service objects and government needs;community service linkage Not enough;the community participates in nicheand other aspects.Based on this,the article proposes to improve the social effects of social work professional embedded;improve the project operation mechanism,strengthen the interaction between the various subjects;optimize the external environment of social work,innovate the system and mechanism;promote the coordinated development of social work services and project services;Community construction multi-subject participation platform,promote resource linkage and integration,promote the participation of youth population,and promote the comprehensive participation of community construction and other corresponding countermeasures.
