A Study Of Urban Pension Culture In Ningxia

With the continuous improvement of the urban pension system,the proportion of aging population in China has gradually increased.On the basis of ensuring the material and economic needs of urban elderly people,the problem of spiritual support becomes increasingly prominent.From the perspective of the old-age culture,excavating and carry ing forward the thought of filial piety in the city ’s old-age culture helps to build the policy system and social environment of "provide for the aged,filial piety and respecting the old".This article takes the community of Jinhua garden,Jinxing Town,Litong District,Wuzhong City,Ningxia as a typical small and medium-sized city community,and select the land-lost elderly who have a more traditional pension concept and the retired elderly who have a more open pension mode in the community.Through questionnaires,in-depth interviews and participatory observation and other research methods,the urban pension culture is interpreted from two levels:the pension concept and the pension mode.First of all,according to the general situation of the old people in the Jinhua Garden community,it is known that family support is still the preferred way for the elderly in the community due to the influenced of traditional pension culture.However,with the change of urban production mode,economic level and family structure,in the process of inheriting the traditional old-age culture with filial piety as the core,the main body of the aged,the content of the aged and the way of providing for the aged have all changed.Secondly,through the comparative analysis of the land-lost elderly and the retired elderly in the Jinhua Garden community,affected by the internal factors such as labor mode,economic level,living environment,social communication and other external causes,such as the individual difference of the elderly.We can see that land-lost elderly were deeply affected by the concept of "raising children to prevent the old"and paid more attention to family support based on filial piety.The retired elderly are more likely to accept multi pension mode.Finally,building a new age city pension culture,not only to play the active role of the traditional old-age culture in the old-age culture,but also to abandon the inharmonious factors in the traditional old-age culture.At the same time,pay attention to the excavation of the aged culture in the daily life of the elderly and combine with the traditional family support,home care based on community and social endowment with perfect facilities.Promote the formation of the social atmosphere of "provide for the aged,filial piety and respecting the old",and then actively respond to the problem of aging in China,and elderly will be looked after properly,relied on and happy.
