Modern Social Governance Perspective That The Police Shall Resolve Social Disputes

Preventing and resolving social conflicts and disputes is an important part of comprehensively deepening reforms in the new era,is an important part of comprehensively advancing the rule of law,and is also an important task in advancing peace building.The reform has entered deep-water areas and hard-core areas.The adjustment of economic structure and interest structure has brought new development opportunities to people,but at the same time it has also brought about many new social conflicts,disputes and conflicts.If some contradictions and disputes are not dealt with in time or are handled improperly,they will often become the “fuse” of criminal or public security cases or group incidents,which will seriously affect the stability of the society.The public security agencies are at the forefront of maintaining stability,actively handling conflicts and disputes,and properly handling group incidents.It is incumbent to safeguard social harmony and stability.How to properly resolve contradictions and continuously improve the ability to mediate disputes has become a problem that public security organs must face and urgently need to study and solve,and it is also one of the basic quality requirements and major tasks of public security police.The public security organs should,under the unified arrangements of party committees and governments,continuously improve the ability to resolve contradictions and disputes and enhance the ability to resolve contradictions and disputes,and earnestly shoulder the task of maintaining social harmony and stability.This article first optimizes the work of public security organs to resolve contradictions and disputes,and takes the modernization of social governance as a perspective.It uses literature research methods,comparative research methods,and experience combing methods,and combines relevant documents with the routine disposal of public security organs and their police stations.Cases and methods to try to clarify the concepts related to the modernization of social governance and social contradictions and disputes,and summarize the requirements for the modernization of social governance to resolve the problems of the public security organs in resolving the diversification of contradictory disputes,the process of legalization,scientific methods,standardized mechanisms,and technological intelligence.Secondly,through the analysis of the practice of resolving contradictions and disputes in China's public security organs,we have combed out hot issues such as group incidents,and raised issues concerning the resolution of social contradictions and disputes by public security organs,such as the generalization of functions,imperfect mechanisms of the rule of law,and the expression of appeals.It is not smooth and the mediation mechanism is not perfect,and analyzes the factors that produce many difficulties,and analyzes the problems from external and internal factors.Finally,from the perspective of modernization of social governance,the concept of changing social contradictions and disputes,constructing diversified disposal mechanisms,and improving the ability and level of public security organs to resolve social contradictions and disputes,etc.,propose ways to improve the public security organs in China to resolve social contradictions and disputes.
