Research On The Development And Utilization Of Social Information In Public Security Organs

With the advancement of the policing model led by intelligence,massive social information as an important type of information resources has increasingly attracted the attention of public security organ at all levels.Especially,in the context of the opening up of government data,high-value and massive data held by various government departments have been fully released.On the one hand,it effectively cracks down the phenomenon of information isolated islands between the public security organ and other government departments,and fully realizes the exchange and sharing of information resources between different departments.On the other hand,these high-value government data also enrich the content and types of social information collection of public security organ.By further refining the hidden intelligence value of these government data,it can provide better services for the public security work.However,there are few research results on the development and utilization of social information in public security organ.Therefore,based on the opening of government data,the research on the development and utilization of social information in public security organ has certain theoretical and practical significance.The paper firstly analyzes the concept of social information in public security organ,and defines the connotation and extension of it.Secondly,through the combination of the current public security work,the basic practices and problems faced by public security organ in the development and utilization of social information are interpreted.Finally,the paper analyzes the concept of open government data and elaborates on the significance of the opening up of government data for the development and utilization of social information in public security organ.On this basis,it is tentatively proposed that the crime trend analysis should be used as a new model for the development and utilization of social information in public security organ,and the specific flow and implementation countermeasures for the analysis of crime trend are proposed.The specific process includes the following four steps: get government data and set up database of thematic data resources;integrate various types of data and establish the platform of data integration and aggregation;rely on data analysis tools to carry out crime analysis;display data analysis results and form the crime trend analysis report.In implementing these measures,including ensuring the timely acquisition of government data,scientifically defining the scope of collection of government data,encouraging the public to carry out innovative applications of data,correctly viewing the analysis of crime trends,and doing a effective job of data security protection.
