Study On The Practical Problems Of Labor Supervision In The Application Of Law

The labor supervision system is an important part of administrative law enforcement of China.Since its establishment in China,the system,as a social "stabilizer" and "pressure reducing valve",has played an irreplaceable role in standardizing labor and employment behavior,combating illegal activities in the field of labor and employment,and safeguarding social harmony and stability.However,with the continuous growth of China's economy and the continuous progress of society,China has stepped from reform and opening-up to comprehensive reform,with reform in all areas being fully launched,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In this context,the labor structure and labor relations have also undergone great changes.The problems existing in the practice of labor supervision under the guidance of existing laws and regulations cannot be ignored.The issue of the application of labor supervision laws is an important part of this.In the long term,if such problems are not effectively solved,they will negatively impact on the labor law system,and not beneficial for the labor supervision system to exert its own function and value.This paper,starting with the application of law in labor supervision practice,sorts out the legal application problems existing inpractice.And analyzes the connotation and essence of these problems,and puts forward some feasible suggestions and opinions on the basis of fully combining the practical situation of China's labor supervision.The purpose of the paper is to make a contribution to solve the problem of the application of labor supervision law,to promote the improvement of labor security laws and regulations,so that the department of labor supervision to better apply to the law,to make it play its important role in safeguarding the healthy and harmonious development of labor relations.
