Enforcement Of Labor Supervision

The article bases on researching into the labor supervision. But a series of the field survey, the article aslo applies the basic principles and research results of the Labor Law, labor protection supervisory system, labor dispute handling system, Statistics and so on. The article attempts to analyze the present state and problems of labor supervision in China and real efficiency of existing labor supervisory system. Proposing innovative and material value solutions.The author points those to change the present situation which the labor supervision deviates from the norm and improve standardized law-enforcement and enforcement efficiency, the following measures are essential. Firstly, bettering the labor supervision legislation, strengthened labor protection supervisory enforcement authority, Clearing off relations between labor supervision and labors arbitration, reforming the existing management system of labor supervision institutions. Secondly, standard main body system of labor supervision, strengthen the ranks building of labor supervision institutions, tightening up employment, enhancing the legal awareness, establishing scientific and reasonable division of enforcement, intensifying supervision to the labor supervision. Thirdly, supervision of law enforcement should pay great attention on communication and cooperation, strengthen legal promulgation, intensify interdepartmental coordination, and encourage the role of Women’s Federation, the Trade Union and the Communist Youth League. Fourthly, labor supervision should develop with the times and constantly push for innovations.
