Problems And Countermeasures Of Labor Security Supervision In Wencheng County

As an administrative system to ensure the implementation of labor law and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both employers and employees,labor security supervision system shoulders the important functions of coordinating labor relations and maintaining social stability.In China’s current labor and social security supervision system,the labor and social security supervision institutions at the county level have undertaken most of the supervision functions,which is the top priority of labor supervision.Compared with some developed countries and regions,China’s labor and social security supervision system has not formed a perfect vertical system.At present,China’s economy has gradually turned into a stage of high-quality development.The level of cultural knowledge of workers is also increasing with the economic growth,and labor and capital contradictions have become more prominent.It is of great significance to strengthen the labor security research and improve the labor security supervision system for the stable development of economy,the protection of workers’ rights and interests,the construction of harmonious labor relations and the maintenance of social stability.The labor and social security supervision organization of Wencheng County was established in 2011,after years of reform,gradually formed a relatively perfect labor and social security supervision system,but there are also many problems to be improved.From the perspective of the object of labor and social security supervision service,this paper takes the labor and social security supervision system of Wencheng County as the specific research object,combines with the new public service,the rule of law government and other related theories,and uses the interview method to deeply analyze the current situation of labor and social security supervision in Wencheng County.In view of the problems encountered in the practice of labor and social security supervision,it is found that the labor and social security supervision in Wencheng County has some problems,such as insufficient deterrence of labor and social security supervision law enforcement,heavy mediation,light law enforcement,weak team,weak ability to deal with public emergencies and so on.The reasons lie in the single means of supervision,the low status of departments,the lack of government support,the lack of personnel and instability,and the weak linkage between departments.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving the labor and social security supervision system,strengthening the construction of labor and social security supervision institutions and teams,establishing the early warning mechanism of labor disputes,and improving the inter departmental linkage system.
