Problems And Countermeasures In Labor Security Supervision And Enforcement In Taixing City

Since its establishment,China's labor security supervision system has become an important means of adjusting the labor relations between enterprises and employees in the process of modernization.In the increasingly competitive market economy environment,market operators violate labor security laws and regulations to maximize their own interests at the expense of the interests of workers.In the labor relations,the workers are always in the role of the relatively weak,which requires the relevant government functional agencies of the state to appear as managers and balancers of harmonious labor relations,and make full use of the state power to monitor the relevant behavior of employing units.State labor security supervision comes into being in the times.In violation of relevant laws and regulations of labor security,the state labor security administrative organ will intervene,stop and proceed according to law to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.National labor security supervision embodies the value of national labor security supervision system while safeguarding workers' labor rights,personal rights and property rights.The labor security supervision system of our bureau started late,and it is not perfect from the aspects of supervision system,law enforcement procedure and law application.With the rapid development of the emerging economy,labor relations become more diversified and complicated.We urgently need to examine the national labor security supervision system,through the problems and Countermeasures of Taixing labor supervision,in order to find a breakthrough to adapt to the constantly updated road of labor rights protection.The first part of this paper mainly elaborates the history of the development of labor security supervision system in China,the research on the national labor security supervision system by domestic scholars,and the exploration of the labor security supervision system in foreign countries.The second part mainly takes Taixing City as an example to elaborate on the problems existing in the labor security supervision system,law enforcement procedures,law application and so on.The third part mainly finds out the reasons from the problems and puts forward positive and feasible suggestions,including team building,legal formulation,department cooperation mechanism,and promoting the construction of information early warning platform.This paper will discuss the problems existing in the labor security supervision system in Taixing city,and study the problems one by one,and finally put forward the countermeasures and the possibility of implementation.
