Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Correction In Ganjingzi District Of Dalian

The community correction system is an effective and useful system in China on the work of criminal reform,it can avoid the cross infection of criminals,criminals will not make work,families have too much negative effect,conducive to the rehabilitation of offenders,and can reduce a new social management system of national execution cost.In this paper the reader start to redress the social reality of "picture" and action logic,through investigation and interview,reveal the correction object generated during the execution of community correction and the obstacles in the process of resettlement assistance on the part of the loopholes or problems,make corrections really smooth return to society,and puts forward the corresponding solutions the community correction work of the various problems,improve the scientific nature of the work and rigor.At present,China's community correction work to carry out a short time,all belong to the exploration stage,did not form a complete theoretical system,there is no legal basis.There are few literatures on the practice of grassroots community correction work,and there are many problems and problems in grassroots work.In this paper,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the system and work practice level in order to carry on the thorough research to the grassroots community correction work in Ganjingzi district of Dalian.This paper starts from the work of the Judicial Office,analyzes the staffing from the community,the working methods and the capital strength,and compares it with the other areas of the city of Ganjingzi,which is suitable for the Ganjingzi District Judicial Bureau Improved Method.first,description and summary of Dalian city Ganjingzi District Community Correction Work of the status quo;secondly,the management team construction lag,involving public participation,lack of funds,lack of work methods backward,poor departments linkage problems;finally,combined with the actual situation of Dalian District of Ganjingzi City Community Correction Work practice recommendations,strengthening the quality of community correction team quality,to further promote the vigorous development of Dalian District of Ganjingzi city administrative justice.
