On Government Actions For The Development Of Jinjiang Private Pension Institutions

The aging population,empty nesting,and disability in Jinjiang City have become increasingly intensified in recent years.The pension problem has become a difficult issue for the Jinjiang government.Under the background of the socialization of social welfare in China,with the increasing demand for old-age care in Jinjiang,the number of pension institutions run by the public in Jinjiang continues to increase,and the quality of pension institutions continues to increase.The role of private pension institutions in the provision of aged care services is increasing.important.Accelerating the development of pension institutions run by citizens of Jinjiang will,on the one hand,relieve the pressure of social services on the one hand;and on the other hand,it will also relieve the pressure of aging and promote the harmonious development of economy and society in Jinjiang City.This article analyzes in depth the function of the government in the development of private pension institutions and uses relevant theories to analyze the necessity,feasibility and appropriateness of government intervention in the development of private pension institutions.The current situation of the Jinjiang municipal government's behavior in the development of private pension institutions is described,and the problems existing in the government behavior of the pension institutions run by the citizens of Jinjiang are analyzed.Mainly manifested in the weak government guidance,support efforts to be improved,the implementation of policies is not in place,supervision and management to be improved.Through analysis of the inadequacies of government behavior in the development of pension institutions run by citizens of Jinjiang,and actively learning from the management experience of private pension institutions in advanced countries or regions,Jinjiang City Government should take measures in the development of private pension institutions in the region.The countermeasures for improvement were summarized and discussed,and suggestions for government actions in the development of private pension institutions were proposed.The first is to increase support for government policies,the second is to guide the increase in social participation,the third is to strengthen the professionalization of the old-age service team,and the fourth is to strengthen the supervision and evaluation of private pension institutions.
