As an important part of the urban comprehensive transportation system,the taxi provides the citizens with personalized travel service through the way of cruising and reservation.How to regulate the healthy development of the taxi industry,meet the diverse travel needs of the citizens,and enhance the experience of the citizens' car use has become the key of the government management of the taxi industry.Since the 80 s of last century,the taxi industry of Quanzhou has been developing for several decades.Now it has become an important means of transportation for the citizens' daily travel.With the Quanzhou taxi industry continues to grow,the black car,money,high taxes,refusing to negotiate the bike more and more contradictions and problems affecting the healthy development of Quanzhou taxi industry.In recent years,the network car entered the Quanzhou market,with its low price and convenient use of the way to quickly occupy the profit space of the Quanzhou cruise taxi.As a result,the industry's contradictions deepened,and the mass incidents such as petitioning and discontinuation in the industry came one after another,which not only disrupted the normal order of the taxi market in Quanzhou,but also affected the daily travel needs of the people.Based on the literature collected from the government management of the taxi industry in Quanzhou,we interviewed the employees and passengers in the taxi industry,and studied the improvement and optimization of the government management of the taxi industry in Quanzhou.It is believed that by implementing a series of management measures for taxi industry,the relevant departments have promoted the standardized operation and intensive management of taxi companies,and improved the living environment of taxi drivers.But on the other hand,the relevant departments of the taxi industry policy still exist in implementation is not in place,not sensitive to new things;the taxi industry excessively depend on the government management,resulting in industry market imbalance;lack of communication between government agencies,information feedback channel problems such as poor.These problems aggravate the negative emotions of the front-line drivers and affect the stability and development of the taxi industry in Quanzhou.The paper suggests that the incrementalism mode based on the subject to maintain relatively stable policy,through a comprehensive analysis of information industry,with the industry parties to co governance,the policy of gradual improvement,has the advantage of maintaining stability,can become a way for the government to improve and optimize the management of Quanzhou taxi industry,the use of the model optimization Quanzhou taxi management should be done:The first is to promote the steady implementation of the policy;the second is to promote the joint supervision of all sectors;the third is to promote the balance of interests among all sectors;the fourth is to promote the sound and smooth information platform;and the fifth is to promote the gradual optimization and improvement of policies.Through the gradual way,the Quanzhou taxi industry will be guided to develop steadily and healthfully.
