Research On Several Aspects Of Criminal Judicial Credibility

Criminal judicial credibility is the common people's trust and recognition to criminal justice,and it is based on the conscious obedience and respect from the public.Criminal judicial credibility is one of the important criteria to judge the level of rule by law of a country.The higher the degree of rule of law,the higher the credibility of criminal justice.However,there are various problems in criminal judicial activities in China,such as the low quality of some judicial officer,internal interference in judicial activities by administrative and judicial organs,which affect judicial independence,the human cases,money trading and judicial rent-seeking,etc.These factors lead to the low credibility of criminal justice in our country.The public doesn't trust the judicial authority,and the judicial image is greatly reduced.About the understanding of the criminal judicial credibility theory,the article puts forward a new perspective — psychological make-up of the criminal judicial credibility.By adopting literature analysis,case analysis and data analysis,this thesis analyzes the status quo of criminal judicial credibility in our country.As for the problems existing in the criminal judicial activities in China,such as illegal investigation,low working efficiency,private remedies,low quality of judicial officers,and the phenomenon of criminal trial affected by public opinion,it's necessary to deepen the reform of criminal justice to enhance criminal judicial credibility,thus providing a system safeguard for the criminal judicial justice.Therefore,these measures should be taken: first of all,perfect the judicial selection system,improve the guarantee mechanism for judicial personnel,strengthen the judicial personnel vocational skills as well as moral construction,build a high-quality and high-level judicial team;secondly,further strengthen judicial openness and transparency,and fully guarantee the public rights to information and supervision;thirdly,guarantee the independence of the judiciary,improve the management of staff members and properties of judicial organs,implement the relationship between the superior and subordinate courts,and improve the judicial responsibility system to ensure the independence of judicial personnel;finally,establish and cultivate public belief in the law.
