On The Supervision Over The National Supervisory Power

The establishment of the national supervision committee and the national supervisory authority,changed the political pattern of "one government and two departments" which had going on for a long time in our country,integrated supervisory resources.Crown the "national" on the supervisory authority,improve the legal status of the supervisory organs,strengthen the national anti-corruption efforts,and realized the full coverage to the people who are using the public power.The national supervisory right has become a new kind of national power in the public eye.In the past year,as the national supervisory committee was built in March 2018,the nationwide 4 level supervision committee were completed construction.Either in academia,or other social fields,the public have carried on thorough discussion and lively debate about the nature,power and function of the supervision committee.But,as for the current study,the special studies about the supervision on the national supervisory power are less.Power is at risk of being abused,national supervisory power also is not exceptional.Therefore,this article has the value of the research.This article is divided into five parts,the first part mainly sums up the current domestic research achievements on the reform of the supervisory system and foreign research achievements of the supervisory system,trying to extract main ideas from them,provides a reference for the writing of this paper.The second part gives a comprehensive explanation of the definition,content and characteristics of the national supervision right.The third part demonstrates the necessity of supervising on the national supervisory power from the legal theory and reality.The fourth part,through comparativeanalysis,analyzes the supervision system in ancient China and abroad,and extracts the system and measures for reference from them.The fifth part from the current path of the supervision of the supervisory authority,mainly analyzes five kinds of supervision's the present situation,the supervision mode and the existing problems,and put forward some improvement opinions.
