Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Satisfaction Of Mobile Government Live Broadcasting

2016 is the first year of live broadcast,and the new mobile live broadcast is popular with the public.The government and its staff follow the trend of the times closely and innovate the service concept constantly.They use mobile live broadcasting to display all aspects of government law enforcement.As a new technology means,"mobile broadcasting + government" is increasingly becoming an important means of daily operation of administrative organs.Different from the traditional graphic type live and the court trial live,the mobile e-government live broadcasting real-time rendering the work and activities of government by way of mobile video broadcast.And the nature of the mobile e-government live broadcasting is to strengthen relationship between fans and government as well as a extension of government services.Furthermore,more open information can be provided and government operation can be more transparent.The government and relevant institutions can make a self-confident,transparent and open impression.Based on the classical customer satisfaction model and the feature of mobile affairs live,the public expectation and perceived quality are chosen as dependent variable of public satisfaction,and the government image,the public trust as a result variables of the public satisfaction.On the basis of relevant assumptions,a model of public satisfaction of mobile government broadcasting is constructed,which aims to explore the affect factors on the public satisfaction of mobile government broadcasting.Use SPSS21.0 to analyze294 valid data,it is found that there exists a significant positive correlation between public expectation and perceived quality as well as public participation and public satisfaction.Public participation significantly affects public satisfaction.Also,there is a significant positive correlation between public satisfaction and government image and public trust.Government image significantly affects public trust;There is no significant correlation between perceived quality and public satisfaction.However,perceived quality can affect the public's satisfaction by influencing public expectations.Based on this,this paper puts forward several suggestions,mobile live affairs should be grasp reasonable public expectations,find out the real demands of the public,improve public participationdeeply.And government should provide a platform for the public to communicate with government departments and their staff and encourage people to participate positively.At the same time government should provide reliable,open,transparent and accurate information,and update relevant information on current affairs and policies,handle public feedback timely to improve the government impression as well as strengthen public trust in their work.
