Study On The Influencing Factors Of Public Use Behavior Of Mobile Government

With the development of mobile communication technology and mobile communication equipment,the traditional E-government has been unable to meet the growing demand of modern government management,mobile e-government as a new situation in the provision of public services gradually known as the first choice of governments.Mobile government is not only the development of E-government in the technology and terminal,but also as a link to the government,enterprises,the public and get more and more attention.On the basis of inheriting the advantages of e-government,breaking the geographical restrictions,improve efficiency,so that the public can enjoy a more efficient and efficient service,so that information resources can really flow up.By reading the relevant literature and theory of clarity at home and abroad on mobile government public behavior related research,combined with the latest user background and characteristics of China’s current development of mobile government,through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for the research on China’s mobile government affairs public behavior.In this paper,based on the TAM model with high degree of interpretation and its extended model,trust theory,this paper constructs a model of influencing factors in the development of mobile government in china.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,describes the background and significance of the research of mobile government;the second part explains the ideas and methods of research,research at home and abroad,and selected the TAM trust theory as the theoretical basis of the study;the third part constructs the model of influencing factors of mobile government public behavior,and the questionnaire survey;the fourth part through the use of SPSS19.0 for data were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results show that the degree of perceived usefulness,and convenience,service quality and perception of trust for public use intention has a significant positive impact,and perceived entertainment and perceived costs to influence public use behavior have not been verified.According to the results of empirical analysis,trying to look at the development of mobile government from three dimensions to change ideas,safetyprotection,innovation management,to construct a new mode of public administration,and vigorously promote the development of mobile government.
