Research On Database Construction And Application Of Village Level "Public Sentiment Map"

As a new carrier of rural social management,the "public sentiment map" is mainly aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of serving the people and improving the rural social governance system.At present,the practice of map drawing,database construction and management information system construction in various regions is not the same,and the management means in rural areas are relatively backward,which is not conducive to the integration and sharing of later resources.By sinking the research object to the village level,the village level "public sentiment map" database can not only realize the centralized and unified information management of the rural resources,but also solve a series of "slow diseases" in the rural grass-roots cadres relationship,such as the villagers,the names of the masses,and the government decision-makers and the management.Managers provide reliable data support in decision-making and daily management,so as to accelerate the construction of rural informatization.The purpose of this paper is to study the construction method and application of the village level "public sentiment map" database.First,from the background of the research of "public sentiment map",the necessity,urgency and significance of the construction are clarified through the analysis of the problems in the actual process.Then we introduce the basic concept and related technology of the database of the "public sentiment map" database,and then explain the data fusion process involved in the early date of the data building,and focus on the design of the logical structure of the database,the organization and management structure,and select the village of Lintan County of Gansu Province as the experimental object to verify the civil situation management.Finally,the application direction of the database of "the public sentiment map" in rural management is emphasized.The main results are as follows:1?On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the demand of the database of "civil situation map",we focus on designing the structure of the database and the information system of the civil situation management,and selecting the village of Lintan County of Gansu Province as the experimental object,verifying the feasibility of the system,effectively realizing the accurate management of the rural information and greatly improving the rural grass-roots workers.The efficiency and quality of the author's service.2?In order to meet the data quality required for the "folk map",and to avoid repeated investigation and waste of resources,the multi source data fusion,such as data source,data format,coordinate system,classification and organization management structure,is integrated into the data fusion of real estate registration data and rural contracted land involved in the database of "public sentiment map",and so on.3?Through the design of public information map management information system,the application functions of the database results of "public sentiment map",such as precision poverty alleviation,industrial construction,rural education,medical support and geological disaster prevention and control,have been realized,and the feasibility and practicability of the system are further verified.4?The database results can be applied to other fields of rural management through the reservation of interface in the information management information system of civil situation map,which makes the application function of the database rich and expanded.
