Research On The Security Prevention Of Female College Students In The New Period

In recent years,more and more female college students have become involved in security accidents and criminal violations.It has become a high accidents season for female university students getting involved in loss of contact,death and being cheated especially during the winter and summer vacations.Experts and scholars in all fields have paid a great deal of attention to this.Female college students are the embodiment of youth and wisdom,also the builders and promoters of the country and society,but also because they have the characteristics of women,they are even more in a disadvantaged position.These girls' safety and growth are related to their families,schools,society and even the future of the country.Therefore,in the new historical period,how to effectively protect the safety of female college students and safeguard their legitimate interests is one of the things that the entire society,especially the public security organs must pay attention to and consider.At first,this article analyzes the research status of female college students' safety precautions,and finds the weaknesses and deficiencies in these researches.Starting from the risk society theory,the daily activity theory and the gender theory,we find the root cause of the female university student becoming the target of crime and propose some effective strategies accordingly.This paper presents the analysis of female college students' safety accidents and made graphs according to the statistics of time,location,causes,and results of accidents.We find the reasons for the frequent occurrence of safety accidents among female students were mainly related to individuals,families,schools,society and public security agencies.It is concluded that the poor social security environment and gender discrimination are the most profound reasons for the dangers of female college students.The article puts forward corresponding measures from five dimensions: individuals,families,schools,society,and public security organs.In addition,based on the nature of public security organs and the characteristics of their duties and tasks,this article focuses on the role and function of public security organs in such incidents.Public security organs must to carry out the research and development of safety prevention work for female college students in the following seven aspects: establishing the special protection awareness of vulnerable groups,the governance of social crimes,supervision of social unrest factors,development of safety education,building of campus police system,control of public opinion leading to victimized events and aftermath handling of female college students' safety accidents.
