| At present,under the background of the continuous advancement and development of society,the structure of society’s demand for talents has undergone tremendous changes.Although the enrollment scale number of universities continues to grow significantly,and the number of college students also increases,There is no corresponding large-scale change in employment positions,therefore,the employment pressure of college students has become more and more serious,and the problem of employment anxiety has become More and more prominent.In the current severe employment situation,teenage college students have more serious employment anxiety.Employment anxiety makes female college students feel insecure,insecure,and nervous when facing employment,and will cause worries and panic.It may even cause fear of employment,which will eventually lead to female college students being more vulnerable.This study is guided by group dynamics and social learning theory.Using group work methods to intervene in female college students’ anxiety.This research has carried out four group activities,mainly around the stages of preparation,implementation,evaluation and summary,to help the research subjects reduce their own negative anxiety and help them regain their employment confidence.After investigation and research,S University was finally determined as the investigation site of this research,and the specific problems of female college students’ employment anxiety are also studied.This research mainly used questionnaire survey methods and interview methods.Based on the survey,the actual situation,specific performance,actual problems,and specific causes of the employment anxiety of female college students are basically summarized.Based on the data obtained from the survey,the group activity plan is designed in combination with the theory of group dynamics and social learning.Secondly,organize group activities according to the group activity plan,make full use of group dynamics theory,social learning theory,and Maslow’s demand theory to help research subjectsaccurately locate themselves,understand their own needs and problems,and guide group members to let them.You can learn skills to cope with anxiety and help them increase their self-confidence.In the group,the group dynamics theory is mainly used to support the group’s consensus,guide the group members to make adjustments themselves,and ultimately promote the perfect achievement of the group goals.Since then,in the stage of evaluating the effectiveness of group activities,two evaluation methods have been mainly used,that is,the evaluation of the process and the evaluation of the results.Finally,in the evaluation of the results,Compare the results before and after the scale,and the changes before and after the group members participate in the group activity and the effect of the group activity are evaluated based on the measurement results.The advantages and disadvantages brought by it are to explore how to help female college students get rid of employment anxiety and make appropriate suggestions. |
