Concept Of Female College Student Factors And Ideological And Political Education

As the youngest intellectual women the most vigorous a group, female collegestudents employment problem has been striking. The18th National Congress of theCommunist Party of China stressed in the report:"employment is vital to peopleslivelihood. Guide the laborer changing the sense of employment, encouragemulti-channel much form obtain employment, promoting entrepreneurship to createmore employment opportunities, to do a good job of youth employment, withemphasis on the college graduates." Therefore, this special group of female collegestudents to pay more attention to the problem of employment, the pressure is on toview transformation of female college students. This paper consists of four parts:The first part: connotation of view of employment of female college students inChina. Mainly discusses the meaning and characteristics of female college students’view, the meaning of scientific view, and the necessity of establish scientific view ofemployment.The second part: the view of employment of the female college students thestatus quo and analysis. Mainly from the employment cognitive status, employmentexpectation target, employment psychological state, choose value orientation andemployment approaches five aspects to carry on the analysis, sums up the correctedfemale college students positive tendency and highlight existing problems.The third part: the analysis of influence factors of the female college students’view. Mainly from their own factors, school factors, family factors and socialenvironment factors four aspects to carry on the analysis.The last part: set up the scientific view of employment of ideological andpolitical education countermeasures. They set up scientific view, from the femalecollege students’ subjective preparation, actively guide the ideological and politicaleducation, social and family of dual three aspects work together.
